You have arrived at the web site of Grand Pediatrics— a pediatric practice in Spokane Washington that provides specialty care for neonates, teens and all in-between. Welcome to the world of child rearing where parents are both blessed and stressed all at the same time. We are here to help care for your children when they are ill, and we are committed to helping you keep your healthy kids healthy. We have created this site to provide parents with information about our practice, and also to provide some resources for the journey through parenthood. After Hours Coverage
 After hours we utilize the Nurse Triage Line program through Sacred Heart hospital, which staffs skilled pediatrics nurses to take parent’s calls during all hours we are not open. There is always a pediatrician from our call group available to the Nurses to help with any issues you may face regarding your child after hours. In addition, on evenings and weekends we utilize the Peds Zone at Sacred Heart, which is a pediatric Emergency Department. We also staff a Saturday clinic with our call colleagues during the winter months. There is always a Pediatrician on call for our call group on weekends and evenings. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.

Well Visits
Well child appointments can be made months in advance and we are generally able to accommodate provider preferences, however we strongly encourage that you get to know all three providers, so we are all familiar with your child.

Ill Visits
When your child is ill, call and a triage nurse will be available to help decide the best plan of action in regards to scheduling an appointment as opposed to watchful waiting, or more emergent evaluation.

Running Late
If you are going to be late or unable to make an appointment, please call so we may re-schedule if necessary, or adjust our schedules accordingly. It is also good to call because you may not be late after all, as at times we can run behind, and we appreciate your understanding when this occurs.
