Grand Pediatrics is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. When you call to schedule an appointment, please clearly state your reason for coming in, to allow for sufficient time to be seen. We suggest that you schedule well child visits at least two weeks in advance, so that we can find a time slot that fits your needs and preferences. If you prefer to see Doctor Kincaid for well child visits, please plan on scheduling at least a month in advance.
If your child is ill or has an emergency, give us a call and we can usually schedule them on the same day.
Please be considerate towards fellow patients - if necessary, please try to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
All incoming calls are received by our fabulous reception staff, who will help you decide what you need to do and who you want to speak with. Appointments, immunization record requests and prescription refills can be made over the phone. A nurse will always be available to speak to if you have any questions concerning the health of your child.
If you need a prescription refill, please call the office with the name of the medication and the dosage amount. Refills can be mailed or picked up. Please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for us to fill the request.
Immunization records can be faxed or picked up within the day. Simply call the office with the name and birth date of the patient.
At your first visit with us, you will be asked to fill out four forms to check in. To save time at your visit, these can be printed out from this site and completed before coming in. Just go to our Printable Forms page. You'll find them under New Patient Forms.
There you will find various other forms, including a general physical form, to download and print.
